There are statistics now on www.chicagorealtor.com for you to share with your clients. Many have asked if there are certain neighborhoods appreciating or depreciating and there are useful stats broken down by neighborhood that can guide these conversations with your buyers and sellers. Look under the “Realtor Tools” then “Statistics” and finally click on “Fast Stats”.
Also under the “Statistics” page you will find “Datalynx” which is a partnership between the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Cook County Assessor’s Office. Under the “Datalynx” page you can search through public housing records and obtain information from the square footage of a property to the year it was built.

D.) Add the following email address to your email account osa@prudentialproperties.com, this is so your Market Report does not end up in your spam/bulk folder.
3. All questions about using the OSA system or problems you are having should be sent to the OSA Manager, Sandy Zaehler, szaehler@ppcre.com. Do not call the AHH Support Hotline. Sandy will address the problems with you and work with the AAH Hotline when necessary. Please be sure to include as much detail as you can about the problem you are encountering in your email.
4. If you are on a Team, please make sure that you attach the listings to only one member of your Team. You can edit the email address on your OSA Account Setting to send the requests to a different member of your Team if you wish.
5. There is “help” in the OSA module called “Learn More” which you can reference at anytime.
I would like to invite all eTeam agents to our first eTeam meeting on April 29th in the Downers Grove office at 2:00pm. We strongly encourage you to attend this meeting if you are committed to staying on the eTeam.
This meeting is to introduce you to Sandy Zaehler, your CAM and some new and very exciting things happening with OSA and OBA.
At the meeting you will also be required to sign a new eTeam Agreement as a Pru SourceOne Agent along with committing to all the qualifications of being on the eTeam. The agreement is required in order to receive leads starting May 1st.
Managers, if you think there is another agent in your office that is currently not on the eTeam that would be a good fit please send them this invitation.

Agent Remarks now on “Full – Agent” report
The Agent Remarks have been moved to the Full–Agent report. The "Full - Agent w/Agent Remarks" report has been discontinued.
"Current lease status" can be specified for Detached & Attached Property Types
You can now specify whether or not Detached and Attached properties for sale are currently being leased along with a Lease Expiration Date (or Month-to-Month) if applicable. You must specify a Lease expiration date (or Month-to-Month) if you indicate that a property is currently being leased.
New Option for "Special Compensation Information (SCI)" - "S - Court or Lender Approval Required"
If you select the new "Court or Lender Approval Required" option for SCI, the following will display in Agent Remarks on listing reports - "CC: Subject to court/lender approval". This phrase cannot be removed without changing the SCI code. Additionally, when "S" is set in SCI, "Court Ordered/Bank Sale" option is automatically set in the "Other Information" field.
Specific Zoning Field now available for Vacant Land and Commercial Property Types
In addition to being able to select a general category for Actual Zoning (e.g. COMMR, RTAIL, etc.) you can now indicate a "Specific Zoning" code (e.g. R-2, B-2, etc.)
