Enter Open House Information
Now OSA provides another way to get word out about your listings. Go to My Listings and enter Open House dates and times for all your listings. This information will be displayed on the Property Details pages for IDX, VOW and OSA so buyers can plan for your open-house events in their busy schedules. Plus your sellers will see how well you're marketing their homes.
Set Up Seller Email Enhancements
Setting up seller email messages is now easier with a more organized page. When the price range isn't specified, the system will default to 20 percent over and under the list price so sellers will see properties similar to their own.
