Agent Remarks now on “Full – Agent” report
The Agent Remarks have been moved to the Full–Agent report. The "Full - Agent w/Agent Remarks" report has been discontinued.
"Current lease status" can be specified for Detached & Attached Property Types
You can now specify whether or not Detached and Attached properties for sale are currently being leased along with a Lease Expiration Date (or Month-to-Month) if applicable. You must specify a Lease expiration date (or Month-to-Month) if you indicate that a property is currently being leased.
New Option for "Special Compensation Information (SCI)" - "S - Court or Lender Approval Required"
If you select the new "Court or Lender Approval Required" option for SCI, the following will display in Agent Remarks on listing reports - "CC: Subject to court/lender approval". This phrase cannot be removed without changing the SCI code. Additionally, when "S" is set in SCI, "Court Ordered/Bank Sale" option is automatically set in the "Other Information" field.
Specific Zoning Field now available for Vacant Land and Commercial Property Types
In addition to being able to select a general category for Actual Zoning (e.g. COMMR, RTAIL, etc.) you can now indicate a "Specific Zoning" code (e.g. R-2, B-2, etc.)
