We will be hosting two Quality Service Certification Trainings in the Downers Grove office on April 1st.
The first class will be from 9:00 am until 12:30pm, the second class will be held from 1:00pm until 4:30pm.

QSC is a quality service company that sends out surveys to our clients after closing in order for the client to rate your service level. The letters get returned to this third party company and those are posted to their site for you to view. The public also can log on to the QSC website and search for an agent in their area and are able to view the bio and rating of these agents.

Because we are rating ourselves our current Chicago and Hinsdale office agents who are certified receive a discounted price on their E&O Insurance. We encourage you all to take this opportunity to sign up for this class and start giving your clients a "guarantee" of quality service.
