I also have 2 other REO’s in pre marketing. One in Plainfield, 5 bedrooms, 4 bath with fully finished basement. Brick and vinyl sided, fenced yard, 3 car garage built in 2001. Pretty good shape, just needing some minor wall repairs and paint. This one should be listed within the next 2-3 weeks.

The other is in Hinsdale, I don’t have much info yet, only what I can pull from the assessor which lists it as 1768 Sq Ft with 2 baths. I just received the assignment and have yet to gain access to the property.
